We understand that it may look pretty bad this morning, but the weather is clearing up pretty well for actual parade time.

Remember, as a mummer you can dress however you like! Rain Boots, Coats, Layers, are all welcomed and encouraged to make sure you stay warm.

Mummers Festival will never share your information. Period.
Information we may collect includes emails, names and addresses for contest entries, as well as photos and video clips.
When you sign up for our mailing list, we retain your email address and name in order to provide you with updates and announcements.

When you enter a contest, all your information will remain confidential and will not be retained beyond the time frame needed to complete contests and announce the winner. The personal information of contest entrants will never be made publicly available. Contest winners will be announced with name and town/city of residence only.

Photos that you send to us may be used on our website and social media platforms to showcase our festival events and activities.
When you submit videos to us via WeTransfer this year, your information will be retained by Mummers Festival in order to create a Virtual Mummers Parade Video. WeTransfer does not retain any of your information. Your video submission will be used in a legitimate and respectful manner by Mummers Festival and is not intended to cause any harm or undue embarrassment to the parties involved.​ Video submissions will appear on our website and Facebook Live as part of a Virtual Mummers Parade video. Mummers Festival reserves the right to not include video submissions that are deemed not appropriate for our purpose of creating an inclusive, diverse, and family friendly product.

​By signing up for our mailing list, you permit the Mummers Festival to collect your name and email address in order to providing you with updates and announcements.

By entering contests, you permit the Mummers Festival to collect your name, address and email contact information in order to reach winners of contests and arrange for prizes to be delivered.

When you submit photos, you are confirming that you own the right to use all images and are not infringing on any copyright laws or policies.

When submitting video clips, you are confirming that you own the right to use all music & images on said video and are not infringing on any copyright laws or policies.

When you submit a video file for our 2020 Virtual Mummers Parade, you grant Mummers Festival Inc. permission to use your recorded image, likeness and voice without payment, royalties or any other compensation or consideration. You agree that this video recording and any reproduction thereof shall remain the property of Mummers Festival Inc. and that Mummers Festival Inc. may use it to create a Virtual Mummers Parade Video. You further understand that your video may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Further, you acknowledge that this video will appear on the internet. It is understood that this material will be used in a legitimate manner and is not intended to cause any harm or undue embarrassment to the parties involved.
